Begin with the place, dates and missing functions
For Greer rentals, share the practical situation before selecting equipment. Use the guides to compare options, then have the business confirm the actual proposal. An enquiry is the start of planning, not a reservation or permission to place facilities.
Choose the right starting category
Begin with the users, activity and bathrooms already available. Standard cabins provide a different setup from flushing units, accessible options or trailers. Washing should be considered separately. Describe the features you want and ask the rental contact to confirm the actual model rather than choosing only by appearance.
Connect equipment and service
Review quantity, rental length, delivery approach, cleaning, replenishment and pickup as one arrangement. The equipment must remain usable and reachable throughout the period, not just on arrival. Explain busy periods or changing work areas so the proposal can account for them.
Confirm before relying on the booking
Ask who fulfils the rental, what is included and which contact handles changes. Check the property’s permission and any applicable requirements through the responsible party. A submitted enquiry begins the quotation process; availability, terms and timing are confirmed separately.
Details to confirm for this rental
Equipment and intended use
Have the proposed model, quantity and needed features identified in the quote. Explain available permanent facilities and the busiest users. Confirm suitability for the property with the responsible contact.
Visits and responsibility
Review delivery, attention, supply replenishment and collection together. Keep the accepted dates and access arrangements with the site contact. Ask how changes, service questions and removal requests should be handled.
